Therapy Sessions

Psychotherapy sessions are held for 45 minutes. During the initial evaluation appointment, I will get to know you, your child, or your family and begin to discuss and formulate a therapeutic plan. Parent support sessions and family therapy sessions will be incorporated into treatment when necessary.

In addition to individual psychotherapy, I also offer a variety of group therapy sessions. Please see the “Services” section to find out more information about specific groups.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of session in the form of cash, check or credit card.

At the present time, I do not accept insurance. For clients who would like to use their out-of-network benefits, I am able to provide you with an invoice to submit to your health insurance company.  After a deductible is met, most insurance companies reimburse 60%-80% of the allowable amount for out-of-network mental health benefits. Please consult with your insurance company to see if you qualify for this service.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend a scheduled therapy appointment, please notify me immediately and within 24 hours. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee.
